My introduction to Lavie handbags was through the television commercial featuring Kareena Kapoor. It instantly struck a chord. Since then, I’ve always wanted one. The new collection offers an amazing choice. And I have my eyes set on the one featured below. I’ve already decided how I’m going to wear it.
How I’d wear my Lavie
If your handbag was as coveted, wouldn’t you want it to be the ‘hero’ piece? I’d bring out the scarlet with my lips and necklace and go black and white with the outfit. What do you think?
Alice wanders with Celery
You know you’re doing something right when a friend reads your blog, comments, encourages and even guest posts for you. You already know Celery but a formal introduction is in order as she partners with me on Alice Wandering… and we take this blog to the moon and you with us.
Sonal Ved is a camera-shy writer, food critic, vegetarian baker and a blogger at When Harry Met Celery. After a stint at a popular Mumbai-based tabloid, she is now consulting for bakeries. Buying exotic cheeses in the name of research, taming her kitchen garden, collecting cookie cutters and lunching during ‘work’ hours are her hobbies.

Nothing better than a Ranbir Kapoor sighting, a spa date with your favourite girl and a vegetarian steak tasting on your day off!
Alice & Celery’s spa date
Celery and I had been planning a spa date for a while. When we heard Richfeel – the d-tox spa had opened in Breach Candy, we had to check it out. I picked evening as the time to go because I’m too busy sleeping and finishing work during the day. It turned out that an evening massage was just what we needed. It relaxes you in time for a light meal and puts you to bed right after.
Richfeel Spa Menu
I’m not a fan of oil massages. I prefer cream massages or dry massages. Although the Richfeel spa has 4 spacious rooms with individual shower/steam areas, I was in the mood for something dry. I opted for the Refloxology – Dry Therapy. Continue reading
So, on my day off yesterday, I attended the Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani trailer launch and press conference.
Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani poster
Have you watched the trailer yet?
I don’t know what new this film is going to offer. But it seems like a fun summer flick! I’m definitely going to watch, also because I love Ranbir Kapoor.
The press conference was fun, with a lot of journos asking questions about Ranbir-Deepika’s relationship, their tattoos, etc. Ranbir Kapoor, of course, knew the right things to say and came to everyone’s defence. Karan Johar obviously knew this was going to happen and played along, interrupting and diverting questions back to the film at the right moments.
Kalki, Aditya Roy Kapur, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani
It’s just a good outing when there’s a Ranbir sighting involved and a topping of Aditya Roy Kapur.
So, what do you think of the trailer? Doesn’t the last line serve as a good teaser? Are you excited to watch the film? Waiting to know.
Can’t wait to get on a plane and be transported to another place. Feeling nervous and restless. The excitement will soon set in. Looking forward to switching off the most! I’ll communicate with you soon. Take care lovelies. xx
