Truly, Aamir Khan has been a pioneer.
He has always been my most favourite actor.
I remember the first time I met him.
I was all of 9. Carrying an autograph book.
Hovering around as he sat across the chair from my dad.
Coyly shaking his hand. Smiling. Shying away.
It’s one of my most treasured memories.
if I’ve changed over the years.
Aamir Khan has made waves with his appearances.
I recently did an article on his changing faces.
I had the most fun doing it. The research made me love him all the more.
The discussion that followed between Deputy Editor, Filmfare, Anuradha Chaudhury and me was a gush session on Aamir. We’re both huge fans.
You can check out the article in print in the Filmfare issue dated July 7, 2010.
Or simply log on to the website at Filmfare.
The following advertisement is what I would like to accompany the article:
And I love this look of his for personal reasons 😛
Right after the production of my Filmfare article,
I went for a party to celebrate board exam students’ results.
Quite fitting. And an uncle made me take a spot poll.
